Question / Issue
I received a notification that my order is being held for verification but I have not received a phone call?

Answer / Solution
Phone verification is  between 9:00am and 11:00pm EST Mon-Fri  and 10am-10pm  EST Sat-Sun. Orders held for verification outside of this timeframe may be verified the following day and are not eligible for the Instant Delivery Guarantee.
